ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to support the Store Leader in overseeing store operations and delivering excellent Guest service. The role focuses on driving performance, team development, and maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.

• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with Guests and Team Members.
• Provide timely feedback, coaching, and documentation of performance.
• Greet Guests and maintain high-quality service.
• Drive store performance metrics and overall business growth.
• Oversee inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with training and company policies.
• Open/close store, cash control, hiring and training staff, and disciplinary actions.
