You will oversee scheduling, training, inventory, merchandising, and compliance, while handling cash controls and opening/closing duties. The role requires 21+ and leadership experience, with opportunities to advance within a growing

Qualifications

• Experience in a management or leadership role OR education in Business Management or related field.
• Completion of the LIT program also fulfills this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with Guests and Team Members daily.
• Provide timely feedback, coaching, and documentation for performance management.
• Ensure high-quality guest service by greeting and assisting Guests.
• Drive store performance metrics and overall business growth.
• Manage conflicts professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance reviews; conduct disciplinary actions when needed.
• Perform opening/closing duties, cash control reconciliation, and staff delegation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies and maintain a productive workplace.
