Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a Manager on Duty to lead store operations, greet Guests, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. This role supports the Store Manager and provides training to associates while upholding company policies and standards.

The position requires 21+ years of age, a High School Diploma or GED, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a management or leadership role; or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training and oversee store operations.
• Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Process transactions at POS with cash handling and other tender types; manage opening/closing.
• Stay current on training, policies, and product knowledge to ensure compliance and guest experience.
• Train and coach associates when acting as Manager on Duty to ensure high service levels.
