Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming, fun, and educational experience for Guests by delivering exceptional service and helping meet store sales goals.

You will greet Guests, operate the POS, verify IDs for alcohol purchases, promote our wine, spirits, beer, and cigars, and assist with merchandising and stocking to keep the store inviting and well-organized.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior retail experience required, though customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests upon entry and deliver prompt, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Operate POS system accurately, process transactions, apply discounts, verify rewards, and handle cash.
• Maintain Responsible Vendor status for alcohol & tobacco purchases and verify IDs for age.
