Job summary

FiveStar is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cadiz, KY to partner with the General Manager in daily store operations, including customer service, inventory, and labor management. You will help train team members, oversee food service, and ensure policies are followed while driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities include scheduling, merchandising, maintaining safety and quality standards, and stepping in for the GM when needed. Candidates should have retail management experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Team player with strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in customer service, management, and food service and hands-on daily operations.
• Partner with the FiveStar team to provide service per policies.
• Train store team and educate on policies and communications.
• Assist GM in addressing store issues for long-term resolution.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and out-of-stocks.
• Support P&L understanding and daily accounting tasks when needed.
