Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the store in partnership with the General Manager.
• Lead and train store team and ensure policies are followed.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory levels and pricing/signage.
• Support in accounting, paperwork and POS operations.
• Ensure safety, labor, and food service guidelines are followed.
• Act as store lead in GM's absence and monitor P&L basics.
