Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Purcellville location. You will assist with daily store activities, merchandise movement, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed and maintain store standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Support loss prevention and maintain clean, well-stocked store areas.
