Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
• Identify training opportunities for direct reports
• Model company values to foster teamwork
• Monitor competitive environment and advise leadership on adjustments
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to stock or discontinue
• Participate in interviewing store personnel
• Communicate weekly information and team milestones
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures and cash control policies
• Resolve customer concerns in leader's absence
• Identify and rectify hazards and maintain store equipment
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage
• Assist with stock levels and product ordering
• Merchandise products to maximize sales
• Ensure quality and freshness of products and accurate signage
• Contribute to payroll and budget, inventory counts, and training of new employees
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when needed
• Ensure staff complete responsibilities and deliver high customer service
• Uphold company policies and data security
• Perform other duties as assigned
