ALDI Westerly, RI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership by supervising daily activities, managing schedules, and implementing action plans to boost performance. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to provide and lead others to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication with direct reports.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Meets any state and local requirements for handling alcohol.

• Assists with stock levels, product ordering, and merchandising to maximize sales.
• Helps manage payroll and total loss budget; supports training new employees.
