Job summary

Bosselman Pump & Pantry is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager or 1st Assistant Manager. The role ensures company standards are met and provides leadership to a team of 4–16 employees.

Responsibilities include shift openings/closings, cash handling, customer service excellence, and adherence to safety and food handling practices. State- and company-mandated training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler’s permit or Serve Safe Certification required where law/policy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes shifts with required documentation.
• Supervises cash handling procedures including deposits.
• Ensures customer needs are met and policies followed.
• Supervises 4 to 16 employees and aids in training.
• Maintains store cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
