Job summary

Bosselman Pump & Pantry is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager to support daily store operations across locations. This full-time role covers shifts in the absence of the General Manager and 1st Assistant Manager, ensuring company standards are met through leadership and hands-on supervision.

Responsibilities include opening/closing shifts, supervising cash handling, enforcing food safety, training staff, managing inventory and pricing, and delivering friendly customer service while upholding safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Food Handler’s permit or Serve Safe Certification where required.
• Knowledge of store operations and equipment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and phone; regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts with required documentation.
• Supervise cash handling and deposits.
• Ensure customer service standards are met consistently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Train and supervise staff to perform duties correctly.
