• Proficient with technology: POS, Office, Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Review financial and operational reporting, including store visit and audit results, regularly and timely.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Lead and participate in ongoing training and brand/category education to enable development and sales performance.
