Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, controlling expenses.
• Retail management: inventory monitoring, merchandising execution, operational excellence, service culture.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, guiding teams through change.
