Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll and compliance.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Plan and adjust schedules to maximize productivity and meet budgets.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify improvements.
• Lead makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Provide ongoing training and development to staff and managers.
• Maintain store standards, dress code, and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate inventory, planograms, and lifecycle processes.
