The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of store management experience in specialty retail, weekend availability, and proficiency with POS systems, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manager experience in a specialty retail store with relevant traffic and volume preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, and ability to adapt to additional software programs.
• Broad knowledge and perspective of retail landscape.
• Must be available to work weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun).
• Must commit to two store closings per week, including one Fri or Sat.
• Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner.
• Must understand and interpret moderately complex financial reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Manager on Duty when Store Manager is away.
• Works with employees at all levels, driving high standards and brand integrity.
• Coaches in training Sales Associates and ensures SOP compliance.
• Manages break schedules and ensures coverage.
• Motivates and inspires the team to build brand loyalty.
• Assists with merchandising, signage, and displays.
