Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manager experience in a specialty retail store.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ability to adapt to other software.
• Must be available to work weekends and two store closings per week.
• Strong knowledge of the retail landscape and customer service excellence.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is away.
• Coaches Sales Associates on the sales floor and ensures SOP compliance.
• Manages break schedules and ensures full zone coverage.
• Maintains brand standards in merchandising, signage and displays.
• Escalates performance concerns to the Store Manager promptly.
• Motivates staff to build brand loyalty and provide a positive store environment.
