Job summary

The Operations Manager at CVS Health is part of the Store Management team, driving store execution, performance and customer service to build loyalty. Under the Store Manager, you will lead a team, oversee staffing, and implement policies.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
