Job summary

CVS Health is hiring an Operations Manager to join our CVS/pharmacy store team. You will support the Store Manager in leading a diverse team, drive store execution and customer service, and manage staffing, training and development.

In this role you’ll oversee inventory, policy implementation and financial management while fostering a culture of safety and quality in every interaction with customers. This position requires a full-time flexible schedule, including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications
