The Operations Manager at CVS Health Corporation leads store execution and performance, driving customer service and loyalty while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations. You will supervise the store crew, manage staffing, training, and development, and ensure financial and inventory controls are in place to meet company goals.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime and respond to urgent issues at the store.

Responsabilités

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open, timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
