Job summary

CVS Health is actively seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in Wichita, KS. You will help plan store execution, drive performance, and build consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service, especially when a manager isn’t onsite.

As a supervisor, you’ll lead the store team, supervise daily operations, coach colleagues, price merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills required.
• Strong communication, supervision, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Work with store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Assist customers, respond to questions and resolve complaints, promoting CVS service culture.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues (myImpact / myCustomer).
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly promotional merchandise.
