Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership candidate to ensure a WOW customer experience, train crew, and oversee daily store operations. The role includes serving as Manager on Duty and supporting opening/closing procedures while driving sales and controlling expenses.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of management experience, with college experience preferred. This is an hourly, on-site position in the Alexandria area.

• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
