Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer loyalty through excellence in service. When management is absent, you lead staff, ensure smooth operations and complete opening/closing tasks.

You will supervise, assist customers, manage merchandise and displays, and uphold CVS customer service standards while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when a manager is unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew and communicate with management and store personnel.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and reset departments following planograms.
