Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are offsite, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain smooth operations.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and a strong customer-first culture, with a 40-hour weekly schedule and a base pay range reflective of local market. Benefits are included for eligible colleagues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with store management to ensure smooth operations.
• Direct and follow up on all activities of the store crew.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints, upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays.
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure off-shelf merchandise is maintained.
