Job summary

Crate & Barrel in Austin, TX seeks a Team Leader, Operations to oversee merchandise flow, stock teams, and store operations. You’ll support the Assistant Store Leaders for Operations and Visual, plan and supervise activities to keep the salesfloor customer-ready.

You will lead from the floor, coach associates, manage inventories, and supervise back-of-house standards, expenses, and curbside operations, delivering operational and visual excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide specific and timely feedback about performance to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Focus on promoting sales and acting as the Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Communicate regularly with the Assistant Store Leader to review business results and customer feedback.
• Ensure all customers are provided gracious, quick and efficient service.
