Job summary

Five Below in United States is seeking a dynamic store leader to wow customers and train crew in the BEST service standard. You will oversee daily operations, receive stock, and support onboarding while ensuring exceptional checkout experiences.

As Manager on Duty, you will handle opening/closing, cash security, alarms, and daily tasks, collaborating with leadership to boost sales and maintain a high-energy WOWplace culture.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash, alarms and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and general upkeep of facilities.
