Job summary

Five Below Inc. in Riverside, CA is seeking a capable store leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will train crew, manage opening/closing, and maintain safety and policy standards on the sales floor.

As a Manager on Duty, you will drive sales, optimize merchandising, and collaborate with the leadership team to deliver exceptional service and smooth store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Must maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on best customer service practices and checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep sales floor refreshed.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations.
