Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with fast, friendly checkout and personal contact.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure top‑notch service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floor replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, directing staff.
• Open/close procedures, secure cash, alarms, and day prep.
• Train new associates and reinforce store policies.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize the stockroom.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recoveries.
