Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Store Management team, drive store execution and performance, and build consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will guide a motivated team, implement policies, and maintain a productive, engaged store environment.

Responsibilities include managing operations, sales, inventory, staffing and development, financial oversight, and customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
