Job summary

The role requires 2 years of retail or sales leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will participate in inventory, scheduling, visual standards, and loss prevention, helping to maintain store standards and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 2 years retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; respond to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Perform cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and daily reconciliation tasks.
• Monitor associate sales activities and provide coaching to reach targets.
• Maintain awareness of customers to improve service levels and reduce loss.
• Present and display merchandise per current promotions and standards.
• Oversee inventory receipt/dispatch and payroll-related documentation.
