Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking an Associate Lead to support store management in daily operations and deliver a great customer experience. You will handle sales and register transactions and help manage staffing and scheduling.

The role requires reliable, customer-focused leadership and the ability to work a flexible schedule across stores in the district. Responsibilities include supervising associates, handling cash and inventory processes, learning product knowledge, and ensuring adherence to

Qualifications

Excellent communication, verbal and written.
Experience in customer service and retail operations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Willingness to travel to stores throughout the district.
Minimum 2 years retail or sales management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers; responds to inquiries and complaints promptly.
Handles cash, price changes, merchandise handling, and payroll documentation accuracy.
Monitors sales activity, motivates and trains associates, and communicates performance.
Maintains awareness of customers to increase service levels and security.
Knowledge of promotions; presents merchandise according to standards.
