Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and markdowns.
• Support planograms and merchandise presentation per Store Manager direction.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash handling procedures; deposit money.
• Assist in-store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
