Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow company processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and ensure merchandise presentation follows standards.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability, cash handling, and deposits.
• Assist in managing store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
