Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store leadership team. You will help drive store execution, implement policies, and lead a crew to deliver excellent customer service and performance.

Under the Store Manager, you will promote a positive, efficient work environment and customer-focused culture. The role supports staffing, scheduling, training, and store operations with accountability for guest experience and results.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills with computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
