CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while strengthening customer loyalty, under the Store Manager’s supervision, fostering an engaged, productive team by leading with initiative.

You will oversee store operations, financial management, staffing, training, and customer service leadership, with a focus on implementing policies and driving operational improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.
