Job summary

CVS Health in CVS/pharmacy stores seeks an Operations Manager to lead store execution, supervise the team, and drive customer service excellence while ensuring inventory and financial oversight. Under the Store Manager, you’ll develop staff, implement policies, and coordinate scheduling.

• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
