Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store leadership team. You will drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through exceptional service.

Under the Store Manager, you’ll lead an engaged store team, supervise activities, and push for continuous improvement. The role emphasizes management of staff, sales, inventory, and finances, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
