Sephora NY-Plainview is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach the team to deliver an outstanding client experience. You will lead the operations team, manage replenishment and order fulfillment, uphold Sephora standards, and partner with teammates to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment while meeting standards.
