Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure smooth retail store performance, including payroll, scheduling, and cost control. This role supports inventory, vendor relations, and facilities while executing company operations at the store level.

You will lead team members, communicate requirements, and participate in budget planning to drive guest satisfaction and business results. This position involves variable scheduling and potential travel to stores as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor management.
• Experience with payroll and other documentation within a store environment is preferred.
• Able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within labor and budget constraints.
• Monitor budget, P&L, expenses, and key store metrics and inform planning processes.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure efficient store operations and guest experience.
• Support omnichannel guest transactions and coordination of inventory and labor.
