Job summary

Goodwill Industries of North Florida is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Dunn Avenue location in Jacksonville, FL. You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, focusing on excellent customer and donor service while achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.

You will supervise staff, handle donation processing, open/close the store, train employees, schedule shifts, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications
