Goodwill Industries of North Florida in Jacksonville is seeking a Senior Store Manager to oversee a home store and 1–2 additional locations. You will lead store management, develop staff, focus on customer service, revenue goals and performance management.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, budgeting, ensuring store standards, monitoring sales, and coordinating with HR and Risk Management. A strong leader with extensive retail experience is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail experience required.
• At least two years in a management role.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store as home store and oversee 1–2 additional stores.
• Develop and coach store management and staff.
• Drive customer service, revenue, and performance metrics.
• Ensure safety, merchandising, and cash handling standards.
• Manage hiring, training, budgeting, and reporting.
