ALDI USA in Newnan, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and drive performance. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Supervise day-to-day store activities and ensure customer service.
• Develop and manage staff schedules and payroll within budget.
• Identify training opportunities to develop team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage; ensure product quality and freshness.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock levels and ordering.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention.
