Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Models company values to create teamwork and employee engagement.
• Monitors the competitive environment and informs leadership of needed adjustments.
• Provides product feedback and recommends items to carry or discontinue.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel and maintains store signage and cleanliness.
• Manages stock levels, merchandising, and adherence to inventory procedures.
• Supports payroll and loss prevention efforts and trains new employees.
• Supervises day-to-day team operations and escalates issues as needed.
