Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address questions.
• Move merchandise from delivery to floor and stockroom.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• Follow directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain attractive, compliant displays.
• Assist with ordering, damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and secure.
• Enforce policies and safety guidelines.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of associates.
• Foster a positive, respectful environment.
• Maintain cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
