Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor in East Greenwich, RI to lead store execution and performance when a manager isn’t on site. You’ll drive customer service culture, supervise crews, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will also handle merchandising, price updates, stock, and weekly promotional displays while maintaining confidentiality and delivering coaching feedback to colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise staff, coordinate activities, and communicate with management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues to maintain shopper satisfaction.
• Manage merchandising, price adjustments, stock and weekly promotions.
