Job summary

Family Dollar in Louisville, Mississippi is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, support associates, and help maintain merchandising and loss prevention programs.

The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Louisville store.
