Job summary

You will help supervise and train Store Associates, ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, protect assets, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities and losses.
• Maintain storefront fixtures, displays, and promotional materials.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, records (payroll, scheduling, cash deposits).
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure all assets, including cash.
• Support Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
