Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; reading and interpreting operational directives as needed.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and handling payroll records and receipts.
• Support loss prevention and protect store assets, including cash.
