Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, serve customers, and develop a productive team. You will assist with opening/closing, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling while ensuring shop standards.

This role emphasizes loss prevention, merchandise flow, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. You will train Store Associates and collaborate with leaders to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Retail store management experience in grocery, retail, or drug store environments preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment
• Excellent customer service, organizational and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner
• Organize, stock, and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process directives and maintain store displays and signage
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom
