CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team. You will help plan store execution, drive performance, and enhance customer service.

In the absence of a manager onsite, you will lead store operations and supervise staff, ensuring openings and closings are completed accurately. This role emphasizes customer service, coaching colleagues, and maintaining confidentiality while merchandising, stocking, and presenting weekly and seasonal displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Plan and drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew and communicate with management.
