Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Occasionally assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support personnel recruitment, training and performance evaluations.
